Each product whether a healthcare textile, medical or shower tracking solution is manufactured to order.

We cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile device display of any textile fabric color will be accurate. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY

​

​Delivery fees will differ and are generally calculated on the weight of the items, size of the items and distance required.

​We always work to deliver our healthcare textile items within 5 business days.

​

For custom made tracks – medical or shower, we generally advise a 10 - 15 business days for delivery. If delivery exceeds this time frame, we will do our best to contact you and advise progress updates.​

 

It is the customers’ responsibility to advise if delivery is required within a specified time during business hours. It will also be the customers’ responsibility to accept the delivery of all said items and place them into position after the courier or driver has delivered the item/s.

 

​If the customer is not available when delivery has been arranged, the courier or driver will either leave the item in a safe space. The customer will provide details and take responsibility to this affect for details of such being provided, or ultimately redeliver at a new time, which will likely result in a redelivery fee.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
